Thus, it has given me the ability to successfully manage owner and tenants’ interactions and handling rent collections, ensure legal compliance. Also coordinate property repairs while building lasting relations, with owners, tenants, and reliable contactors. 

My bookkeeping expertise has been able to assist me with the financial tracking for the end of month process and guidance with landlords and tenants. I have managed portfolio remotely and overseeing agencies here in Perth & Sydney along with the different legislation and requirements. 

My friendly nature assists with my negotiations skill in securing the best outcome for lease renewals and rentals adjustment given a positive outcome for all parties. 

Outside work. I enjoy classic and modern cars, weekend aways in the van with my puppies and family catch ups . I believe in empathy and open communication as they are the key to fostering strong relationships.
