KJ Patel is a property investor, Buyer’s Agent, and founder of a PropTech platform helping investors build and track sustainable portfolios.

With a deep understanding of the property investment landscape, KJ began his journey building his own portfolio and helping others do the same through his Buyer’s Agent services. His experience led him to develop a property technology platform designed to help investors track, analyse, and grow their portfolios more effectively. 

As more of his investor clients sought not just help in acquiring the right properties - but also in managing them with care and strategy - KJ, along with his close friends Ash and Ishan, launched AAR Realty’s Property Management division. Together, they bring a shared passion, professional expertise, and a strong commitment to looking after clients' assets as if they were their own. 

With a client-first approach and a strong focus on long-term results, KJ continues to help investors build sustainable portfolios while ensuring their properties are managed with the highest level of trust, transparency, and performance.
